INDIVIDUAL TRAINING

 

CBH Fitness is dedicated to assisting anyone who wants to improve their health and fitness and/or rehabilitative needs.

 

Individual clients with CBH Fitness receive training plans specifically designed to achieve their goals.  These goals range from improving general health, fitness, injury rehabilitation, posture, core strength, fat loss, through to training for fun runs, marathons and even pre-entry fitness training for police, fire, paramedic and defense force applicants.

 

Our clients come from endless backgrounds... ranging from students, corporates, schools, business owners, TV personalities, full-time Mum's and Dad's, laywers, chefs... and many more.

 

Anyone wanting to improve their health and wellbeing and be willing to put their hand up... perhaps whilst holding some weights... will benefit with the assistance of CBH Fitness.

Our Exercise Physiology services are available to the general public and may be eligible for health insurance rebates.

ATHLETES AND SPORTING CLUBS

 

CBH Fitness are strength and conditioning specialists with over 17 years experience in elite sports training.  CBH Director, Adrian Rodrigues, has worked with a wide range of sporting clients such as national and state sporting clubs, martial arts, dance, football, cricket, basketball, netball, swimming, rowing and other sporting professionals.

 

We have the ability to liaise with surgeons, managers, coaches and other health specialists if required to provide complete management for specific injuries and rehabilitation of clients and athletes.

 

CBH Fitness specialise in specific training techniques to minimise avoidable injuries, increase power, stamina and recovery to improve repeat efforts, and training to increase explosive athletic ability in all directions.  

 

We specialise in;

  • Sport specific weight training

  • Advanced power training progressions, plyometric training and explosive training techniques

  • Functional training, posture and technique retraining

  • Rehabilitative strategies, recovery techniques and maintenance programs

In addition to training individuals, athletes and sporting clubs, CBH Fitness designs and delivers programs, workshops and materials for delivery in organisations wanting to improve the health and wellbeing of their staff.
