WHAT IS AFL ACTIVE?
AFL ACTIVE is a group fitness workout that can help you burn calories and get fit and healthy in a new and fun way. It’s built on the principles of having variety in your workout by using the unique combination of endurance, speed, strength, agility and dynamic movement.

AFL Active is not a football training session
It doesn’t require any AFL skills

AFL ACTIVE POINT COOK
AFL Active Point Cook is being coached by three very experienced local trainers to keep it mixed up and exciting for the season. Adrian from CBH Fitness, Aaron from Career Fitness and Deanne from Deesire Health and Fitness. The team is pleased to be delivering this great new community fitness program over 8 weeks and hopes to see you on the oval!
